Popcorn Old Fashioned

This is one for cinema lovers.  This popcorn tasting cocktail is a delicious way to bring the movies into your home.

Ingredients

• 35ml Belgrove Hazelnut rum
• 35ml no. 18 Chardonnay vermouth
• 15ml Monin popcorn syrup

Method

In a glass over ice, pour equal amounts of the rum and vermouth.  Pour in syrup and stir well.  Strain drink and pour over ice.  Serve with a side of caramel popcorn.
