Returns and refunds

If you have received an item that you are not happy with and you would like to return it and/or receive a refund, please contact admin@intheloopdrinks.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the order and we will assist you.

If your order has been damaged on its way to you, then we will of course offer a full refund.
