Strawberries and Cream

Bring the taste of summer into your home with this heady take on a classic combination.

Ingredients

• 25ml no. 3 Pinot Noir Vermouth
• 50ml gin
• dash of Angostura Bitters
• 1 scoop of strawberry ice-cream
• 2 fresh strawberries
• Ice cubes

Method

Chill your glass of choice.  Put all of the ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth.  Pour into your chilled tumbler and enjoy.
