Ingredients

  • 50ml golden rum
  • 30ml dry white vermouth
  • 200ml ginger ale
  • Angostura Bitters
  • Twist of orange and lime

 

Method

  • Fill a highball with ice.  
  • Add the rum and vermouth.  
  • Top up with ginger ale.
  • Garnish with a twist twist of orange and lime.
  • Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
