rum and vermouth cocktail

Ingredients

50ml golden rum
30ml dry white vermouth
200ml ginger ale
Angostura Bitters
Twist of orange and lime

Method

Fill a highball with ice.
Add the rum and vermouth.
Top up with ginger ale.
Garnish with a twist twist of orange and lime.
Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters.
