Aromas of caramel and vanilla from golden rum, paired with the fruity bitter sweetness of No. 3 , create a balanced and refreshing cocktail.

 

Ingredients

  • 50ml golden rum, we used Bacardi Reserva Ocho Rare Gold Rum
  • 20ml semi-sweet red vermouth
  • 5ml triple sec
  • 10ml lemon juice

 

Method

  • In an ice-filled shaker add all the ingredients, and shake.  
  • Strain in to a coupe with some ice.
  • Garnish with lemon
