Aromas of caramel and vanilla from golden rum, paired with the fruity bitter sweetness of No. 3 , create a balanced and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 50ml golden rum, we used Bacardi Reserva Ocho Rare Gold Rum
- 20ml semi-sweet red vermouth
- 5ml triple sec
- 10ml lemon juice
Method
- In an ice-filled shaker add all the ingredients, and shake.
- Strain in to a coupe with some ice.
- Garnish with lemon
