Our wintery twist on the classic negroni.  Using sloe gin in a negroni adds delicious plummy aromas, hints of almond and sweet fruity notes. It's perfect if you prefer something slightly lighter and fruity.



  • 100ml sloe gin
  • 100ml campari
  • 100ml No. 3 
  • sprig of rosemary or thyme
  • Ice cubes
  • Blood orange slices to garnish



Pour all the ingredients into a jug with plenty of ice cubes and a sprig of rosemary or thyme. Mix well until the jug feels cold.  Strain into 4 tumblers filled with ice.  Garnish with thin slices of blood orange and herb sprigs.
