Popcorn Sours

In our humble opinion, a truly marvellous cocktail will impress you with its presentation, and pop your senses as you discover an unpredictable flavour - and we think our Popcorn Sours will do just that.  

Ingredients

• 35ml rum
• 35ml dry white vermouth
• 10ml popcorn syrup.  We love Monin popcorn syrup or Simply Popcorn Syrup
• Juice of 2 lemons
• Egg white.

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake.
2. Add ice, shake again and strain into a tumbler.
