Rosé Collins (adapted recipe from: @robbreport):
This Rose Collins is a slightly sweeter, rose-infused twist on a classic Tom Collins cocktail recipe. Makes a wonderful addition to Mother's Day brunch.
- 50ml No. 3 rosé vermouth
- 25ml gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml sugar syrup
- splash of rosewater
- Fill a tall glass with ice and add 50ml vermouth, 25ml gin, 25ml lemon juice, 10ml sugar syrup and a splash of Rosewater.
- Top with soda water and stir.
